Broncos reunite Russell Wilson with former Seahawks receiver
According to a story that was published on Wednesday by Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, wide receiver Phillip Dorsett is preparing to join with the Broncos.
Dorsett was recently cut loose by the Las Vegas Raiders a few days ago, barely ahead of the deadline for the NFL's 53-man roster earlier this week.
Despite the fact that he only had 20 receptions for 257 yards and one score in his final season with the Houston Texans, Dorsett, who is now 30 years old, possesses some deep-play potential and physical attributes.
In the meanwhile, the wide receiver is familiar with the quarterback of the Denver Broncos, Russell Wilson.
While playing for the Seattle Seahawks in 2020 and 2021, respectively, the wide receiver was teammates with Wilson.
Dorsett has his work cut out for him if he wants to move up the depth chart in Denver with the presence of players like Jerry Jeudy.
Courtland Sutton, and Marvin Mims Jr., all of whom were selected in the second round of the draft.

However, due to the fact that the Broncos have suffered injuries to a number of other receivers throughout this summer, Dorsett's opportunity to contribute may have been opened up slightly.
