Los Angeles Rams Release Devastating Update On Cooper Kupp’s Injury

On Wednesday, head coach Sean McVay of the Los Angeles Rams broke a troubling piece of news about the rehabilitation of standout wide receiver Cooper Kupp.

A setback in Kupp's recovery from his hamstring injury was announced by McVay to the media the previous week.

Due to the injury, it was uncertain how long Kupp would be out.

Cooper Kupp might be out for an extended period of time for the Los Angeles Rams.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Sean McVay confirmed that Cooper Kupp would not play for the Los Angeles Rams in their Week 1 game against the Seattle Seahawks.

It's possible that the Rams may have to put their top wide receiver on injured reserve.

The setback to Kupp comes at a bad moment for the Rams, as they are already short on star power in the offensive unit.

This season, the Los Angeles Rams are practicing fiscal restraint after many years of lavish spending during their window of opportunity to compete for the Super Bowl.

On Sunday, it will be important for Van Jefferson and Tutu Atwell to play to their full potential for the Rams.
