Sean McVay Shares Details About Stetson Bennett Situation
Los Angeles Rams needed a backup quarterback in the 2023 NFL Draft.
The Rams moved up to get Stetson Bennett in the fourth round to fix it.
Bennett was expected to be an NFL No. 2 after two consecutive NCAA titles with Georgia.
McVay was pleased by Bennett's playmaking and movement out of the pocket throughout training camp and the preseason.
Bennett was placed on injured reserve with a shoulder injury and would miss the first four games of the season.
Out of respect for him and the situation, I’m going to leave all the specifics and particulars in-house,” McVay said.
